Log in to your DevicePlus portal and select the device that needs attention. Describe the issue, attach a photo if needed, and hit "Submit." We'll take it from there.

We Collect the Device
We arrange a 2-way courier pickup from your office or designated location. No need to visit a service center — we handle all logistics.
STEP 3
Diagnostic & Quotation (if out of warranty)
The device is assessed by an authorized repair vendor (Apple/Samsung certified).
- If it’s in-warranty → we proceed directly - If it’s out-of-warranty → a quote is shared in the portal for your approval + Our coordination fee (10%) is transparently included.
STEP 4
Approval & Repair
Once you approve the out-of-warranty repair, the service proceeds immediately. If declined, the device is returned to you unmodified.
STEP 5
Delivery Back to You
Once repaired, the device is delivered right back to your door. All status updates are visible in the portal, and you’ll receive email notifications at each step.
